Why is this Online eWellbeing Club different to other weight loss clubs?
Many of us have attended other traditional clubs in pursuit of being lighter, slimmer, fitter or generally feel better abut ourselves. We take into the club our personal challenges, body type, lifestyle and understanding about nutrition and our relationship with it. What we tend to get is a one size fits all approach, "diets" with some flexibility but no real personal adaptation to our own challenges. Ultimately when we leave the club environment we are on our own, and that is when life’s challenges get in the way.
At eWellbeing online we are here 24 hours a day, whenever you need us. You will also have one to one personal support from your own Personal Wellness Coach, they probably wont be available 24 hours a day, as sleep is important to us all, bu they are on the end of the phone when necessary.
Use our online eWellbeing Club for Inspiration and Education, and then use your Personal Wellness Coach for help in how to apply this to your Personal Wellness Goals. Feel great now and develop the habits for Lifelong Wellbeing.
The lessons below form the foundation of good long term wellbeing. You can access and read them all at ones, however we suggest that you take one lesson a week and Change One Thing about your diet and lifestyle each week.. Habits take 21 days of consistency to change, so stick with it, and you will very soon be finding that the choices you make for good health come naturally and willingly. Most importantly you will Feel the Difference. |
